■缶（カン）の芯（しん）で土人形（つちにんぎょう）を作ります

1.埴輪（はにわ）についてIntroduction:about The Haniw

The Haniwa (埴輪, Haniwa?) are terra cotta clay figures which were made for ritual use and buried with the dead as funerary objects during the Kofun period (3rd to 6th century AD) of the history of Japan.

○テラコッタ粘土 clay (terra-cotta clay) 1.2㎏
○粘土板、延べ棒、粘土べらmodeling tools
○ぬらしたぞうきんwet dustcloth
○缶can ○ビニール袋vinyl bag

1.粘土の板をつくる（たたら成形）
Roll out the clay.
Make a clay slab. |
2.缶を粘土の板で巻いてこけし
にする（芯づくり）
円筒状のタイプ
Make a cylinder by wrapping clay.

親指より厚くしない。
Nothing should be thicker
than your thumb.

3.目的/Objectives:

4.評価Evaluation:
生徒は、自分の埴輪、個人的な成長、授業の全体にわたって得られた知識および全面的な実行の成功および創造性で評価されるでしょう。
The students will be evaluated on the success and creativity of their own
clay figurine, personal growth, knowledge obtained throughout the lesson,
and overall performance.
