LaFAYETTE, Ga. ?Ray Brent Marsh, who was sentenced in 2004 to 12 years in prison and 63 more on probation for improper handling of corpses at the Tri-State Crematory in Noble, Georgia, has lost a bid to have his probation terminated early.Walker County Superior Court Judge Don Thompson ruled against Marsh, who was in court Tuesday seeking to have his probation ended early under the terms of a bill signed into law two years ago by Gov. Brian Kemp. In the vein of similar legislation signed by then-Gov.
