Another candidate emerged today as a possible contender for Hamilton County Mayor Jim Coppinger s District 3 commission seat.George Patten, of Hixson, said he will apply for the job. Patten in 2009 ran for the District 3 City Council seat. Mr. Patten believes that his 20 years experience in manufacturing management gives him an understanding of the need for a well trained work force, read the press release.
