Geneva McGill, 39 Geneva McGill, 39 Tennessee authorities have removed a 16-year-old mentally challenged girl from her Cocke County home after her mother allegedly disciplined her with a horsewhip.The girl last week told administrators at Cocke County High School that the bruising on her rear end and leg area was caused by a horsewhip.
