ノロにかかる

（注）お食事前後に読むのはあまりお勧めできません。

12/21金曜の夕食後の8時過ぎ頃から、急に気分が悪くなりました。
優斗の寝る時間なので、いつものように2階に上がって授乳しようと思うにも、気持ち悪くて起きてられませんでした。
でもとりあえず、授乳して旦那に優斗をまかせて横になりましたが、その後はトイレに駆け込み・・・ゲロゲロ。

それでも気持ち悪いし、寒気がひどくなり震えてきてしまい、私ももはやこれまでかと思っていたら、再び気持ちわるさが急上昇しトイレまでヨタヨタ必死に急いで・・・ゲロゲロリ（ケロロ軍曹さん、ゴメンナサイ）。

あまり吐きすぎたのか、脱水状態になり動けなくなり、2階の洗面所でうつ伏せになり必死に旦那を呼び、お布団になんとか戻りました。

優斗の夜中のミルクを旦那に任せてと思いましたが、優斗は哺乳瓶でミルクを飲むのを嫌がるので、夜中泣いて起きたときはとりあえず授乳しました。この時抱っこした優斗の重さは、いつもの３～４倍はあるように思えるくらい重く感じました。

翌日、近所のクリニックに行ったところ、ノロウィルスだということでしたが、授乳中なので、赤ちゃんに影響の少ないお薬と点滴をすることになりました。その後大分楽になり、夜にはお粥が食べれるようになりました。

今日は熱も下がり良くなりました。でもまだ気持ち悪さが残ってるのと、食べ物が美味しく感じられない･･･くらいです。

優斗は今のところ母親から免疫をもらっているのでうつらないそうですが、旦那にうつりませんように。
もうノロになるのは嫌です。
