The Department of Justice is trying one more time to put a stop to a climate change lawsuit.The DOJ asked the Supreme Court to put a stay on the case and stop discovery and the impending trial that s set to start Oct. 29.The government says it s still waiting for decisions on other motions, so the pending trial should be put [url=https://www.adidassamba.us]adidas samba og[/url] on hold.The case stems from alawsuit filedby 21 young people, arguing the government isn t doing enough to slow climate change.The plaintiffs argue the lack of action violates their constitutional right to a climate system capable of sustaining human life.
