A Soddy-Daisy man was arrested and charged Friday in connection with a 2020 homicide, according to a news release from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.Special agents from the TBI, working alongside the 12th Judicial District Attorney Generals Office, the Sequatchie County Sheriffs Office, the Hamilton County Sheriffs Office, the Soddy-Daisy Police Department and the Dayton Police Department, arrested and charged Jimmy Higgins, 62, with one count of criminal homicide, the news release said.On Aug. 10, 2020, at the request of then-12th Judicial District Attorney Mike Taylor, TBI agents began assisting the Sequatchie County Sheriffs Office after the discovery of human skeletal remains in a wooded area off of C <a href=https://www.salomons.com.es>salomon hombre</a> C Road, according to the news release.In February 2022, forensic examination confirmed the remains to be those of 42-year-old Duane Keener.
