Qudc CARTA plows through snow The sighting of an unsupervised toddler led to the arrests of four adults who were allegedly intending to distribute methamphetamine in Catoosa County on Wednesday. Catoosa County Sheriff Gary Sisk said deputies were in the area serving a warrant when they spotted the toddler alone. A short investigation led them to the child s apparent home in the 300 block of Everglades Boulevard. When deputies got to the home, they found four people, Michael Lee Housley, Shannon Michelle Barnes, Daniel Lee Clark and Melissa Ann Schillins, using methamphetamine. They also found some of the methamphetamine had been packaged in an apparent attempt to distribute. insticator-wrapper order: 2; klangoo-wrapper order: 1; div<data>widget-id= rel_325-4 ] display: block; div<data>widget-id= rel_325-3 ] display: none; div.rc-deskto <a href=https://www.adidassamba.com.de>adidas samba</a> p display: none; div.rc-mobile display: block; <a href=https://www.adidas-samba-adidas.it>adidas samba</a> @media min-width: 40em insticator-wrapper order: 1; klangoo-wrapper order: 2; div<data>widget-id= rel_325-4 ] display: none; div<data>widget-id= rel_325-3 ] display: block; div.rc-desktop dis <a href=https://www.adidassamba.com.de>adidas samba adidas</a> play: block; div.rc-mobile display: none; Tzad Arrests lead to two Hamilton County deputies being exposed to opioids By JOAN LOWYAssociated Press WriterWASHINGTON - On a cloudy April afternoon nearly three years ago, Sam Smiley s single-engine plane failed to clear a north Georgia mountain ridge and slammed into rugged woods. The 78-year-old Ohio businessman freed himself from the wreckage and, though badly injured, activated an emergency signal. For nearly six hours, the letters EMRG flashed on radar scopes at a Federal Aviation Administration facility near Atlanta, giving air traffic controllers a general idea of Smiley s locati <a href=https://www.stanley-cups.com.de>stanley cup</a> on.Yet it was full two days before rescuers arrived. Smiley was dead. He had scrawled <a href=https://www.stanley-cups.es>stanley cup spain</a> a last note to his wife on an envelope.GPS devices can direct commuters to the nearest Starbucks for commuters and military drones can track insurgents across the mountains of Afghanistan. When it comes to downed small planes and helicopters in the United States, however, rescue teams aren t always getting the critical information that in some cases can mean the difference between life or death for cra <a href=https://www.cup-stanley.us>stanley bottles</a> sh victims. The National Transportation Safety Board cited Smiley s case and four other accidents in a recent letter urging the FAA to tighten its procedures for reporting lost aircraft and getting radar data quickly to the Air Force. The board said miscommunication, a lack of trained personnel and other problems are hindering rescue efforts. The whole process needs to get nailed down a lot tighter than it is, said NTSB radar expert Scott Dunham, who drafted the letter. The Air Force
