KEWASKUM ?The family has identified the second man shot and killed during a crime spree in Kewaskum last week.Carl N. Halvorsen, 77, was born in Sheboygan and is survived by his wife, sister, two sons, daughter and stepchildren, according to his obituary.The obituary states Halvorsen was an avid outdoorsman and sports fan. He worked as a semi-driver at Cedar Valley Cheese, based out of Belgium, Wisconsin.
