Diary in the UK
28/01/05
Ticket
I got an airplane ticket to go back to Japan, and I booked two hotels.
I'm going to Sheffield after I finish my course. It will be just a three-
night trip. Then I'm coming back to London because of the departure time
of my flight.
One of my class mates has been counting down our date since his first
day in the UK. According to his count, we have only six weeks to the exam.
It means we have only six weekends. Another class mate decided to change
the class. She said that she wanted to enjoy her remaining days. Fortunately,
I'm satisfied with my class.
Anyway, I paid the exam fee without hesitation, and I bought a textbook
and a work book. In spite of my teacher's advice, which I need rest and
more speaking, I want to do that work book. I mean, I will do that. I wanted
to buy some listening tapes. So, the work book is very useful for me. It's
some kind of ticket to develop English, I think. However, if I don't use
any kind of ticket, it is just a paper.
