Diary in the UK

I can't remember

I couldn't remember what I did on Saturday, actually. Even though I woke up so early, I didn't go out anywhere. I took a bath in the morning for a change, and went down to the conservatory. But why? I definitely did something. What did I do? I might be nearly broken. I wrote my diary perhaps. Although I can't say when I wrote it, I can read Thursday's now.
Anyway, my sentences are very Japanese, I think. I severely feel it when my teacher couldn't understand the meaning of my sentence and when I couldn't understand the story written by easy words. For example, we don't need the subject and the predicate every time. Moreover it's doesn't matter about prepositions and word order. We don't have any articles and the plurals in general.
Not only in grammar, our language is abstacted, I mean, we don't like to declare something. We speak ambiguously. I used to think that I speak clearly, but it was not enough.
