迎えて頂く子猫の名前がそのまま血統書登録になります。
The name of the cat which you decided becomes a pedigree registration name.

血統書・ナンバーの発行は、同じ兄弟全てのお名前が決まってからになりますので、お時間を頂くことになりますが、必ず発行いたしますのでご安心下さい
A pedigree and a registration card are taken out after a brotherly name is decided.

ブリード希望の方は、お名前を知らせて頂くときに、Ｃａｔｔｅｒｙネームもお知らせ下さい。
A breeding candidate needs to tell a cattery name.

１　先住猫ちゃんが、外飼い、もしくは室内外飼いと行き来をしている場合

２　先住猫さんが、エイズ・白血病等大病を患っている場合（キャリアの場合もお知らせ下さい）

４　氏名・住所・連絡先を教えたくない方。

　　これから始めたい。動物取扱業に登録をしたいと言う方は、その旨をご連絡下さい。
